Mary Wilhelm - Ashley

Mary Wilhelm is excited to get to participate in this festival! Most recently, she performed in table readings for another Jenny Stafford play, Eleanor and Dolly, with Athena Project and with Butterfly Effect Theatre of Colorado. Some of her favorite memories from her time as a theatre minor in school were getting to be in shows directed by Jenny, such as You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Lucy), Peter and the Starcatcher (Molly), and Mary Poppins (Bird Woman).

Benjamin Kaan - Jacob

Benjamin is a 2018 graduate of CCU. He has appeared in CCU productions such as: Oklahoma - Jud, and Guys and Dolls - Nathan Detroit. Since graduating he has performed in an international Nickelodeon tour. Benjamin is excited to be back on stage for the first time since the onset of corona virus. Thank you for supporting the arts and wearing your masks! 

Mason Aksamit - Andy

Mason is an award-winning actor, filmmaker, and screenwriter. In 2017, he discovered a loophole in the college system that allowed him to test out of his Bachelor's degree in one year for $10,000 through tests accessible to all Americans. He is currently producing a documentary to release the information about these tests to the mass public. Mason offers coaching and information on his youtube channel, "Old World Productions & Publishing." In addition to releasing his films and scripts online for public entertainment. His movies range from Monty Python-like comedies to Shakespearean tragedies, so there is entertainment for anyone.

Maria Scheffel - Mandy

Maria is thrilled to be a part of this production! She is a Colorado native and has always loved storytelling, especially when it involves music and dancing! Favorite roles include Miss Honey in Matilda, Maria in Sound of Music, and Laurey in Oklahoma!. When not on stage, she spends her me teaching dance at Castle Rock Dance Academy and performing as a character actress with Wands & Wishes Occasions. She is grateful to be a part of the show!

Ashley Wagner - Stage Manager

Ashley is a current DU student working toward a degree in theater. This is her first time working at the Denver Fringe Festival and she couldn't be more excited! She has stage-managed shows such as Into the Woods, Sweet Charity, and Cabaret. She has also worked on the technical aspects of shows and concerts. Some favorites were Twenty One Pilots, The Rolling Stones, Cirque du Soleil, Saints of Failure with Generator Theater Company, and John Quincy Adams with The Butterfly Effect Theater Company.
